I am a lover of books, baking and all thing careers. I am hoping this blog is a way in which I can blend all my passions through a cake fuelled, book led guide to career empowerment. I hope to share with you my love of books, through reviews, new releases and book launches, books I’ve loved reading with my son and our latest book purchases. I also want to share my baking triumphs and failures and my tips and tricks in free from baking. Lastly all things careers and coaching.
I have worked in careers for almost 10 years delivering a blended career service through a variety of platforms and technologies to engage international students which have ranged from MBA’s globally to 11,500 undergraduate and postgraduate international students currently.
I lead the employer liaison for all international companies and organisations interested in hiring and communicating to a diverse international talent-pool. Managing the delivery of both in country and online events from employers and careers to students globally ensuring the latest employability trends are shared and students can engage in events to increase motivation, skills and inspiration in their career decision making.
